Protecting your data is paramount for trackapprovalscom. Hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) your data will be stored in a highly secure AWS data center built to meet the requirements of the most security sensitive organizations.

Yes – Although trackapprovalscom is designed to keep documents on our secure server, it also gives the flexibility to download and print documents when required.

Yes. trackapprovalscom designers are more than happy to assist you with creating customized forms for your business. We will design 5 customized forms in the initial startup cost. If required, we can assist with additional forms on a charge per form basis.

Our staff will assist your administrator setup trackapprovals.com to the point that all you need to do is start loading documents. We will set up your departments, Delegation of Authorities and input your current users. Also included is 5 customized documents designed to your needs.

Your starter pack contains 5 Standard User licenses. Additional Standard User licenses are charged per User. There are no limits to the number of additional Standard User Licenses you can add.

Anything that has an internet connection, we have a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. Our mobile apps can be download from the App and Play stores.

We understand circumstances do change from time to time and whilst we never like to see our customers leave us, however, if they do we will make the transition as easy as possible.

If you do choose to unsubscribe from trackapprovals.com a Restricted Administrators License providing limited access to all your documents for a period of 3 months will be issued providing you with the option of downloading or printing your documents.

Alternatively, you can purchase an annual Restricted Administrators License giving you access to all your documents on our secure server.

Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed until you let us know that you'd like to change your plan or cancel your account.

trackapprovalscom secure payment system will automatically deduct subscriptions due from your nominated credit card. Payments are deducted on the 7th Day of each month.

Yes. trackapprovalscom has 4 different User License types.

Standard User License - Designed for users who are part of the document review or approval process and require full access to trackapprovalscom. Supervisor’s, manager’s and company director’s, are a few examples of a User that would require a Standard User License.

Restricted User – Designed for users who are not part of the review or approval process. Suppliers, Employees, Job Applicants and Contractors are a few examples of a Restricted User. Restricted Users Licenses are free and there are no limits to the number of Restricted Users a company can setup.

Administrator License–Designed for users who need access to the setup and administrative functions of trackapprovalscom. IT Manager or IT System Administrator are examples of an Administrator User.  Administrator Licenses are free and although there are no limits to the number of Administrators a company can setup we strongly recommend Administrators be restricted to a limited number of Users.

Restricted Administrator License – Issued to a nominated User when subscriptions are cancelled. This type of license provides the User with access to the document repository only for a period of 3 months following the cancellation of your subscription. Alternatively, you can purchase an annual Restricted Administrators License giving you access to all your documents on our secure server.
